Congratulations to Sashay!!! Why? Well, we just had a new addition to the team and his name is Gadson Cobb. That's right folks. Ms. Katy Cobb, and her lovely husband of course, just had a beautiful little boy. The Sashay Team is very excited and Katy can not wait to introduce you all to the little man.

THE ENGAGEMENT PARTY (update)

Hello all you Brides and Groom and Wedding professionals! The Engagement Party is off to a smashing success. Last night marked the kick off with a fashion forward cocktail party at the W Midtown's Whiskey Blue. It was an evening of festive cocktails, sultry French lounge music, Bridal fashion gowns from Kelly's Closet, Anne Barge and Priscilla of Boston, beautiful jewels by Dolma Pearl, festive sparking footwear by Jedal Italian Footwear (Sashay's favorite of course). All this and the added compliment of some fantastic newly engaged couples! All in all a great night. Now off to 103 West for more Engagement Party fun!

Networking Doesn't Have to Be Boring

Last week Sashay attended a nice little soiree at the W Hotel thanks to Karen Portaleo and her crew. Some of our favorite vendors were present like Bold American Catering, Frosted Pumpkin, and more. Anna from Bold American and I decided to wind down the night by hopping in the Wow PhotoBooth to take some silly shots. Never a dull moment with our vendors. Thats why Sashay has so much fun doing what we love.

The Gals of Sashay have been busy with new brides and projects galore. We apologize for keeping you out of the loop. We have just been having to much fun over the last few weeks. And... we have started planning for the next holiday party. That's right kids. Valentine's day is just around the corner, but this party isn't just for all the love birds out there. Single, Married, Engaged, or Dating, we have a party for you to attend. Come February 13th, Sashay Events will be a part of the Atlanta Botanical Gardens Valentine's Party. The Gals of Sashay had a busy holiday season, but finally got some time to relax and visit with family for a bit until we were off for our New Years plans. Alyssa could be found at the fabulous "Paris on Ponce" where she brought in the new year with her hubby, good friends and the always smooth "Yacht Rock Revue". Katy on the other hand braved the cold and wind for a New York New Years Eve. Good food, faux Champagne and great company were the ticket this year. Just 3 months left before the new addition to the Sashay team arrives. Hip Hip Hooray for 2010!
